The mouse rearray is constructed using 28,103 clones from RPCI-23, RPCI-24 BAC libraries. The set achieves an average depth of coverage of 2X, average effective resolution of 80 kb. Genome-adjacent clones in the set overlap by an average of 91 kb. The set provides coverage of 98.3% of the mouse mm5 (May 2004) genome assembly and 98.7% of the mouse Mar 2005 BAC fingerprint map.
